End-User License Agreement (EULA) — Zeppelin Map

1. Preamble

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") governs the license to use the Zeppelin Map mobile application and its software components, in particular the proprietary routing algorithm Bibomap™ ("Software").

This EULA is entered into between:

  • Anaximae SASU — a société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle under French law, share capital €1,000, registered office at 173 Rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, France, SIREN 104 095 815, hereinafter "Anaximae" or "the Licensor"

  • The End User who downloads, installs or uses the Software, hereinafter "you" or "the Licensee"

By installing or using the Software you fully accept this EULA. If you disagree, uninstall the App and do not use it.

2. Grant of license

Anaximae grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, free license to use the Software on iOS devices you own or control, for strictly personal and non-commercial purposes.

The license is valid worldwide, except where applicable law restricts use (e.g. embargoes).

3. Rights reserved to Anaximae

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Anaximae. In particular, Anaximae retains exclusive ownership of:

  • the source code of the Software

  • the proprietary transit-routing algorithm Bibomap™ (filed as a trademark with the French INPI on 6 May 2026, Nice class 9)

  • the Zeppelin Map™ trademark (filed with the INPI on 6 May 2026, Nice classes 9 and 39)

  • the design system (zeppelin logo, orange palette #EE5219)

  • proprietary datasets (curated POIs, safety zones, canonical POI coordinates, custom POI radii)

  • all improvements, modifications, derivatives or translations of the Software

The Unbounded font used by the App as its brand font is not owned by Anaximae. Unbounded is owned by Web 3.0 Technologies Foundation and used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Anaximae's choice of the font does not constitute any ownership claim by Anaximae over the font itself.

Nothing in this EULA shall be construed as a transfer or assignment of Anaximae's copyrights, patents, trade secrets or trademarks.

4. Restrictions

You are expressly prohibited from:

4.1 — Reverse engineering

  • decompiling, disassembling, reverse-engineering the Software or any part of it, except within the limits expressly authorised by article L. 122-6-1 of the French Code de la propriété intellectuelle — i.e. only for the purpose of obtaining interoperability with an independent program created by the user, after requesting the necessary information from Anaximae and receiving an unreasonable refusal or delay

  • attempting to extract the Bibomap™ algorithm or parts thereof, in any form

  • extracting, copying or reproducing the proprietary datasets (curated POIs, safety zones)

The Bibomap™ algorithm constitutes a trade secret of Anaximae under Directive (EU) 2016/943 and the French Code de commerce (art. L. 151-1 et seq.). Any attempt to extract, disclose or use it without authorisation is subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

4.2 — Distribution and modification

  • distributing, selling, renting, lending, licensing, making the Software available to the public

  • modifying, adapting, translating, creating derivative works from the Software

  • removing, altering or obscuring trademarks, copyright notices or legal mentions in the Software

4.3 — Commercial use and abuse

  • using the Software for commercial purposes (e.g. integrating it into a resold service)

  • using the Software to build a competing product

  • using the api.zeppelinmap.com API from clients other than the official App, in abnormal volumes, for scraping, or for any unauthorised purpose

  • uploading malicious software, viruses or worms to our systems

  • circumventing the technical security measures of the Software

In the event of a breach of these restrictions, Anaximae may, without prior notice:

  • terminate the license immediately

  • limit or suspend access to the backend

  • initiate civil and criminal proceedings for copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation and trademark violation

5. Updates

Anaximae may release updates to the Software via the App Store. You are free to choose whether to install them; however, certain features may require a minimum version of the App to continue functioning.

Updates are covered by this license and subject to the same terms.

6. Third-party components

The Software incorporates or uses third-party components, including:

  • TelemetryDeck SDK (opt-in, default OFF) — Apache 2.0

  • Apple SDK and MapKit — Apple Developer Program License Agreement

  • Base cartography from Apple Maps with data from OpenStreetMap contributors — ODbL

  • Transit data from IDFM via Navitia (Hove SAS) — Open Database License (ODbL) on data; API use subject to the PRIM General Terms of Use. Some real-time datasets (e.g. traffic info messages) are under the Licence Mobilité. Line indices, colors and signage elements follow the Prescriptions Signalétiques published by Île-de-France Mobilités; the related RATP, SNCF and IDFM trademarks and visual identities are used in the App solely for passenger information

  • Weather data from Open-Meteo — CC-BY 4.0

  • Unbounded font — Web 3.0 Technologies Foundation, SIL Open Font License 1.1 (see §3)

Use of these components remains subject to their respective licenses.

7. No warranty (As-Is)

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of:

  • absence of errors, bugs or malfunctions

  • fitness for a particular purpose

  • uninterrupted or continuous availability

  • accuracy, completeness or timeliness of transit/POI/weather data

  • accuracy of device location data (GPS), which may be imprecise or unavailable

  • compatibility with all iOS devices, configurations or operating-system versions

You assume the risks of using the Software. Decisions you make based on information provided by the App are your sole responsibility.

Real-time route guidance notice. Zeppelin Map uses location-based APIs to provide real-time, step-by-step route guidance. As required for such applications, you acknowledge and agree to the following notice:

YOUR USE OF THIS REAL TIME ROUTE GUIDANCE APPLICATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. LOCATION DATA MAY NOT BE ACCURATE.

These exclusions do not apply to the legal conformity warranty owed to EU consumers under Directive (EU) 2019/770 (transposed in France by articles L. 224-25-1 et seq. of the Code de la consommation). For EU consumers, see also T&C §7.5.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Anaximae shall in no case be liable for indirect, immaterial, consequential damages, loss of opportunity, loss of profit or loss of data resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Software.

For EU consumers, these limitations do not apply where law prohibits the exclusion or limitation of liability (in particular: wilful misconduct or gross negligence, harm to physical integrity, legal conformity warranty).

9. Term and termination

The EULA takes effect upon installation of the Software and continues until:

  • you uninstall the Software, or

  • automatic termination for breach of the restrictions in §4 (in particular reverse engineering), or

  • revocation of the license by Anaximae for cause

Upon termination, you must uninstall the Software and delete all copies. Sections §3 (Reserved rights), §4 (Restrictions), §8 (Liability), §10 (Jurisdiction) and §11 (Language) survive termination.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

10.1 — Governing law

This EULA is governed by French law, without prejudice to the more protective provisions of the law of the EU consumer's country of residence (Art. 6 Regulation (EC) 593/2008 "Rome I").

10.2 — Jurisdiction

  • For EU consumers: courts competent for their domicile or for Anaximae's registered office, at their option (Art. 18 Regulation (EU) 1215/2012)

  • For other cases: courts of Paris, France

10.3 — Consumer mediation

See T&C §11.1 — mediator CM2C (4 Rue Saint-Jean 75017 Paris, www.cm2c.net) + EU Commission ODR platform.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 — Severability

If any clause of this EULA is held invalid or unenforceable, the other clauses remain in force.

11.2 — Amendments

Anaximae may amend the EULA. Substantial changes will be notified via an in-app panel at the next launch, with a request for renewed acceptance.

11.3 — Language

This document is published in English on the website zeppelinmap.com/legal/eula. Italian and French versions are available on request at contact@anaximae.com pending full publication. In case of divergence, the deposited French version prevails under the applicable French jurisdiction.

11.4 — AI Act position

The Software, including the Bibomap™ algorithm, does not fall within the definition of "AI system" under Art. 3(1) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act). See T&C §12.4 and Privacy Policy §13.

Contrat de Licence Utilisateur Final (CLUF / EULA) — Zeppelin Map

1. Préambule

Le présent Contrat de Licence Utilisateur Final (« CLUF » ou « EULA ») régit la licence d'utilisation de l'application mobile Zeppelin Map et de ses composants logiciels, incluant notamment l'algorithme propriétaire de calcul d'itinéraires Bibomap™ (le « Logiciel »).

Le CLUF est conclu entre :

  • Anaximae SASU — société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle de droit français, capital social 1 000 €, siège social 173 Rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, France, SIREN 104 095 815, ci-après « Anaximae » ou « le Concédant »

  • L'Utilisateur Final qui télécharge, installe ou utilise le Logiciel, ci-après « vous » ou « le Licencié »

En installant ou en utilisant le Logiciel, vous acceptez intégralement le présent CLUF. Si vous n'êtes pas d'accord, désinstallez l'App et ne l'utilisez pas.

2. Concession de licence

Anaximae vous concède une licence limitée, non exclusive, non transférable, non sous-licenciable, révocable, gratuite d'utiliser le Logiciel sur les appareils iOS dont vous êtes propriétaire ou que vous contrôlez, à des fins strictement personnelles et non commerciales.

La licence est valable dans le monde entier, sous réserve des restrictions légales applicables (ex. embargos).

3. Droits réservés à Anaximae

Tous les droits non expressément concédés sont réservés à Anaximae. En particulier, Anaximae conserve la titularité exclusive :

  • du code source du Logiciel

  • de l'algorithme propriétaire de routage transit Bibomap™ (déposé en tant que marque à l'INPI le 6 mai 2026, classe Nice 9)

  • de la marque Zeppelin Map™ (déposée à l'INPI le 6 mai 2026, classes Nice 9 + 39)

  • du design system (logo zeppelin, palette orange #EE5219)

  • des jeux de données propriétaires (POI curatés, zones de sécurité, coordonnées canoniques POI, rayons POI personnalisés)

  • de tout perfectionnement, modification, dérivé ou traduction du Logiciel

La police Unbounded utilisée par l'App comme police de marque n'est pas la propriété d'Anaximae. Unbounded est la propriété de Web 3.0 Technologies Foundation et est utilisée sous SIL Open Font License 1.1. Le choix d'Unbounded par Anaximae ne constitue aucune revendication de propriété d'Anaximae sur la police elle-même.

Rien dans le présent CLUF ne saurait être interprété comme une cession ou un transfert des droits d'auteur, brevets, secrets d'affaires ou marques d'Anaximae.

4. Restrictions

Il vous est expressément interdit de :

4.1 — Rétro-ingénierie et ingénierie inverse

  • décompiler, désassembler, faire de la rétro-ingénierie sur le Logiciel ou une partie de celui-ci, sauf dans les limites expressément autorisées par l'article L. 122-6-1 du Code de la propriété intellectuelle (FR) — c'est-à-dire uniquement pour obtenir l'interopérabilité avec un programme indépendant créé par l'utilisateur, après avoir demandé à Anaximae les informations nécessaires et avoir reçu un refus ou un retard déraisonnable

  • tenter d'extraire l'algorithme Bibomap™ ou des parties de celui-ci, sous quelque forme que ce soit

  • extraire, copier, reproduire les jeux de données propriétaires (POI curatés, zones de sécurité)

L'algorithme Bibomap™ constitue un secret d'affaires d'Anaximae au sens de la Directive (UE) 2016/943 et du Code de commerce français (art. L. 151-1 et suivants). Toute tentative d'extraction, de divulgation ou d'utilisation non autorisée est poursuivie civilement et pénalement.

4.2 — Distribution et modification

  • distribuer, vendre, louer, prêter, donner en licence, mettre à disposition du public le Logiciel

  • modifier, adapter, traduire, créer des œuvres dérivées du Logiciel

  • supprimer, altérer ou masquer les marques, les indications de copyright ou les mentions légales présentes dans le Logiciel

4.3 — Usage commercial et abus

  • utiliser le Logiciel à des fins commerciales (ex. l'intégrer dans un service revendu à des tiers)

  • utiliser le Logiciel pour construire un produit concurrent

  • utiliser l'API api.zeppelinmap.com depuis des clients autres que l'App officielle, en volumes anormaux, à des fins de scraping, ou pour tout usage non autorisé

  • téléverser dans nos systèmes des logiciels malveillants, virus, vers informatiques

  • contourner les mesures de sécurité technique du Logiciel

En cas de violation de ces restrictions, Anaximae pourra, sans préavis obligatoire :

  • résilier la licence immédiatement

  • limiter ou suspendre l'accès au backend

  • engager des actions civiles et pénales pour violation du droit d'auteur, du secret d'affaires et de la marque

5. Mises à jour

Anaximae peut publier des mises à jour du Logiciel via l'App Store. Vous êtes libre de choisir de les installer ou non ; toutefois, certaines fonctionnalités pourront exiger une version minimale de l'App pour continuer à fonctionner.

Les mises à jour sont couvertes par la présente licence et soumises aux mêmes conditions.

6. Composants tiers

Le Logiciel intègre ou utilise des composants tiers, dont :

  • TelemetryDeck SDK (opt-in, défaut OFF) — Apache 2.0

  • SDK Apple et MapKit — Apple Developer Program License Agreement

  • Cartographie de base d'Apple Maps avec données d'OpenStreetMap contributors — ODbL

  • Données transit d'IDFM via Navitia (Hove SAS) — Open Database License (ODbL) sur les données ; usage de l'API soumis aux Conditions Générales d'Utilisation PRIM. Certains jeux de données temps réel (ex. messages info trafic) sont sous Licence Mobilité. Les indices, couleurs et éléments signalétiques des lignes suivent les Prescriptions Signalétiques publiées par Île-de-France Mobilités ; les marques et identités visuelles RATP, SNCF et IDFM correspondantes sont utilisées dans l'App exclusivement à des fins d'information voyageur

  • Données météo d'Open-Meteo — CC-BY 4.0

  • Police Unbounded — Web 3.0 Technologies Foundation, SIL Open Font License 1.1 (voir §3)

L'utilisation de ces composants reste soumise à leurs licences respectives.

7. Absence de garantie (As-Is)

Dans les limites permises par la loi applicable, le Logiciel est fourni « EN L'ÉTAT » et « TEL QUE DISPONIBLE » (AS IS / AS AVAILABLE), sans aucune garantie expresse ou implicite, en particulier sans garantie de :

  • absence d'erreurs, de bugs ou de dysfonctionnements

  • adéquation à un usage particulier

  • disponibilité continue ou ininterrompue

  • exactitude, exhaustivité ou actualité des données transit/POI/météo

  • exactitude des données de localisation de l'appareil (GPS), qui peuvent être imprécises ou indisponibles

  • compatibilité avec tous les appareils iOS, configurations ou versions du système d'exploitation

Vous assumez les risques liés à l'utilisation du Logiciel. Les décisions que vous prenez sur la base des informations fournies par l'App relèvent de votre seule responsabilité.

Avis sur le guidage d'itinéraire en temps réel. Zeppelin Map utilise des API de localisation pour fournir un guidage d'itinéraire pas à pas en temps réel. Comme exigé pour ce type d'applications, vous reconnaissez et acceptez l'avis suivant :

(Traduction : l'utilisation de cette application de guidage d'itinéraire en temps réel se fait à vos seuls risques. Les données de localisation peuvent ne pas être exactes.)

Ces exclusions ne s'appliquent pas à la garantie légale de conformité due aux consommateurs UE par la Directive 2019/770/UE (transposée en France par les articles L. 224-25-1 et suivants du Code de la consommation). Pour les consommateurs UE, voir aussi CGU §7.5.

8. Limitation de responsabilité

Dans les limites permises par la loi applicable, en aucun cas Anaximae ne saurait être tenu responsable de dommages indirects, immatériels, consécutifs, de perte de chance, de perte de profit ou de perte de données résultant de l'utilisation ou de l'impossibilité d'utiliser le Logiciel.

Pour les consommateurs UE, ces limitations ne s'appliquent pas aux cas où la loi interdit l'exclusion ou la limitation de la responsabilité (notamment : faute dolosive ou faute lourde, atteinte à l'intégrité physique, garantie légale de conformité).

9. Durée et résiliation

Le CLUF entre en vigueur à l'installation du Logiciel et dure jusqu'à :

  • la désinstallation du Logiciel, ou

  • la résiliation automatique pour violation des restrictions du §4 (notamment rétro-ingénierie), ou

  • la révocation de la licence par Anaximae pour juste motif

En cas de résiliation, vous devez désinstaller le Logiciel et supprimer toutes ses copies. Les dispositions des §3 (Droits réservés), §4 (Restrictions), §8 (Responsabilité), §10 (For) et §11 (Langue) survivent à la résiliation.

10. Droit applicable et juridiction

10.1 — Droit applicable

Le CLUF est régi par le droit français, sans préjudice des dispositions plus protectrices du droit du pays de résidence du consommateur UE (art. 6 du Règlement (CE) 593/2008 « Rome I »).

10.2 — Juridiction compétente

  • Pour les consommateurs UE : tribunaux compétents de leur domicile ou du siège d'Anaximae, à leur choix (art. 18 Règlement (UE) 1215/2012)

  • Pour les autres cas : tribunaux de Paris, France

10.3 — Médiation des consommateurs

Voir CGU §11.1 — médiateur CM2C (4 Rue Saint-Jean 75017 Paris, www.cm2c.net) + plateforme ODR de la Commission UE.

11. Dispositions diverses

11.1 — Indépendance des clauses

Si une clause du présent CLUF est déclarée nulle ou inapplicable, les autres clauses restent en vigueur.

11.2 — Modifications

Anaximae peut modifier le CLUF. Les modifications substantielles seront notifiées par un panneau in-app au lancement suivant, avec demande de nouvelle acceptation.

11.3 — Langue

Le présent document est publié en anglais sur le site zeppelinmap.com/legal/eula. Les versions en italien et en français sont disponibles sur demande à contact@anaximae.com en attente de publication complète. En cas de divergence, la version française déposée fait foi au titre du for français applicable.

11.4 — Position AI Act

Le Logiciel, y compris l'algorithme Bibomap™, n'entre pas dans la définition de « système d'IA » de l'art. 3(1) du Règlement (UE) 2024/1689 (AI Act). Voir CGU §12.4 et Politique de confidentialité §13.
